Genesis Projects was formed in 1994 essentially as A New Property Development, Marketing & Sale Company. Since then it has evolved into a Township Establishment operation that flows into the sales and construction of new residential and commercial developments. It also has its own mortgage division that conveniently originates bonds for our clients.
